“CA politician, Ron Paul supporter” posts racist call for assassination of Pres. Obama and daughters

Screen grab by Americans Against the Tea Party Facebook page.

Jules Manson, a California politician, a “libertarian Ron Paul supporter”, apparently called for the assassination of President Obama and his daughters. He did that on his now-defunct Facebook page:

“Assassinate the fucken nigger and his monkey children.”

He ran for a seat on a local city council out here, and lost. Can’t imagine why.

Now why would some racist nutcase want to kill the president, you ask? He was angry with President Obama over a policy matter.

More at The Examiner.

UPDATE: Many have asked if this Examiner article is reliable. All I can say is that the screen grab seems to be.

Oh my NoHyphen. You just broke a rule. Calling names is not allowed here in Comments, so you shall be edited.

As for “teabaggers”, that’s a name the teabaggers coined all by themselves. Hard to swallow, huh? (no pun)

    http://thepoliticalcarnival.net/2010/05/11/video-countdown-who-coined-tea-baggers/

Whenever you choose to use the phrase” teabagger”, it lowers your discourse to the same level of the person who thinks you are just a stupid cunt with a big mouth.

  • http://3chicspolitico.com/ SouthernGirl2

Umm no…No one is afraid of Ron Paul. Why should we be afraid of someone who will NEVER win the republican nomination? And please don’t even think he can win the presidency? Come on…

  • Anonymous

The racist who wrote the nonsense on his own Facebook page identified himself as a “Ron Paul supporter.”  Learn to read.

Oh, and Ron Paul’s history is replete with bigotry and racism . . . you folks who support this guy don’t really know much about him.  Yeah, a few of his stances sound GREAT . . . when taken in context with all of his beliefs, he does not.  He is not a “constitutional” libertarian.  His beliefs are more in line with the defunct Articles of Confederation which were abolished because they almost destroyed this country before it ever got started.

But, I digress.  Back to your question . . . the man called himself that, Howard.

  • http://thepoliticalcarnival.net/ GottaLaff

Well, to be fair, it’s in the article too. ; )

  • Anonymous

The man identified himself as being a Ron Paul supporter.  That’s the connection.  This horrible individual made the connection, not the article. Learn to read.

  • http://thepoliticalcarnival.net/ GottaLaff

Winning? In one state, maybe. Maybe.

And exactly what bigotry is that? Posting that he’s a teabagger racist? Who’s the bigot? Oh yeah, the guy who posted the Facebook threat.

And you sound very worried about your candidate. Understandably.

  • Howard

Ron Paul supporter? That is obvious BS. What is the motivation to paint RP as racist? Oh, he is winning and he scares the heck out of the bigots out there.

  • Anonymous

It’s okay to do it to PBO, but for goodness sake, don’t do it to anyone revered by those on the right.  These are the rules of the game, and those of us who support PBO are just supposed to take these threats from those on the right as a “joke.”  They always seem to get upset when we point out their very palpable hatred for PBO and their threats on his and his families lives.

Those who refused to vote for him don’t know how wise they were!  This guy is all emotion and and is factually challenged.   I’ll believe that he read the final NDAA bill when blueberries posing as snowflakes drift down from the sky in a snowstorm.

Sure is funny how the same people who continually try to link President Obama to Jeremiah Wright and Bill Ayres, are getting their shorts in a knot over Ron Paul getting linked to this psycho Jules Manson . . .

  • Charley Barcelo

It seems as though this Manson Character  (any name recognition here?) is a prime candidate for being the first one to fall prey to his Tea Party hatred.

No I am not making a caterorization. There are plenty of videos on youtube of it. Heck, there are even videos of a former USSR civilian who escaped the USSR and he confronted some socialist who were waving the USSR flag with the hammer and sicle. The socialists said that N Koreans were well paid and were better off than Americans. Do I think OWS as a whole believes that? Of course not. In every group there are a few nuts. But if you want proof U-tube “soviet interviews OWS” or google it.

  • http://twitter.com/JPJABBER JUDI POWELL

NO OWS protester ‘craps on car.” That’s been debunked, but you already knew that……
Keep spreading that filth and lies while you can…..and them scream ” but I have my rights” when somebody calls you on it. You RWNJs make me ill…..VERY ill.

Oh Jay, you are such a riot.

It’s pretty hard to fake a screen grab. He is what he is. If you object to the fact that they used “Ron Paul supporter” in the original article, you may want to address the source.

    Bye now.

  • Jay

Why are YOU perpetuating what you know to be an unethical logical fallacy?

How does it make you any different than a gossip?

  • http://thepoliticalcarnival.net/ GottaLaff

Actually, that is how his own paper describes him. I am quoting them. Perhaps I should add quotation marks, if that helps.

Just for fun, here is a link to his positions: http://julesmanson.com/positions/

  • Jay

You’ve missed the point.  That it has any connection to Ron Paul is a logical fallacy.  The inclusion his name in your title is an unethical smear.

Here is an example of the illogic you are demonstrating:

An OWS protester craps on police car.  The same OWS protestor allegedly reads Chalmers Johnson. Therefore, Chalmers Johnson supports crapping on police cars.

Is that comprehensible to you?  Is that logical?  Is such as assertion ethical concerning Chalmers Johnson?  In your eagerness to criticize Ron Paul are you being ethical?

  • http://twitter.com/CA_Lady California Lady

It is sad that this is being blown up.  And Actually Mr.  Manson (BTW, where have I heard that name before.  Do you have a cousin named Charles?) The bil is being changed via a new bill to show the clear intention of never allowing American citizens or legal permanent residents in the nation to be detained without access to the courts.

    Please see http://moredotcommonsense.blogspot.com/2011/12/ndaa-faces-changes-to-reduce-danger-of.html

I’m really not trying to spam your blog, but I have accessed some information that many people don’t seem  to be aware of.

  • http://thepoliticalcarnival.net/ GottaLaff

    Thanks for dropping by.

A screen grab is a screen grab. And the paper he writes for is unlikely to lie about him. http://www.examiner.com/user-julesmanson

But just for you, I’ll keep checking around.

  • Anonymous

Well, Mr. Manson’s surname seems very appropriate.  Hope he enjoys his future meeting with Secret Service.

  • Anonymous

Funny, I just went to Bing “Ron Paul racist” and my computer went cracy with shit. Try it fi you can deal with it.

  • Jay

Thanks for uncritically regurgitating unsubstantiated bromides.

  • Jay

An OWS protester craps on police car.  The same OWS protestor allegedly also reads Chalmers Johnson. Therefore, Chalmers Johnson supports crapping on police cars.

This is it?  This junior high school debate team illogic is how Paul is attacked?

This campaign is going to be much easier for Paul than I thought.

  • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_DW7LHDQQLRH5RQG2AGEXP35QGM Mr. B

“There were also white surpremists and the communist party that marched at OWS.”

Oh, you know this for a fact?

If not, it sounds like you’re making a categorization.  Grow up and get real . . .

  • http://thepoliticalcarnival.net/ GottaLaff

That’s how he was described in the Examiner piece.

  • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_DW7LHDQQLRH5RQG2AGEXP35QGM Mr. B

    From Manson’s FB page:

“This is because such psychopaths cannot be reasoned with.”

    Irony.  Missed.

  • Anonymous

I dunno how this is related to Ron Paul? Paul is not responsible for anyone elses’ thoughts/opinions or words. Grow up and get real. If this guy is racist, he only portrays his racism, noone elses. There were also white surpremists and the communist party that marched at OWS. Does that mean that they are racist/facist? I would say no, not as a whole. But to cateragize the whole movemnet as such because of a few idiots make the one cateragizing them a fool. Grow up.

  • Grow2love

He has just made a  vicious threat to the PRESIDENT OF THE US AND HIS FAMILY!!!! WHERE IS THE JUSTICE? IS SOMEONE GONE GET THIS NUTTTT CASE OR IS THIS PART OF PEOPLE AND PAST POLITICS COVERING THEIR TRACKS

Should we post anti-Christian remarks on the web because Timothy McVeigh considered himself a Christian?
