Per CNN and just about everyone else, big, happy news: Barney Frank plans to marry his partner, Jim Ready, in Massachusetts:

Frank’s spokesperson declined to give any more details and said Frank does not plan any further comment noting the congressman is at the Democrats’ yearly retreat on the Eastern shore. [...]

It still remains unclear, when the wedding date between Frank and his partner, Jim Ready, will occur. If it occurs while Frank is still in office, it would be the first same-sex marriage of a sitting congress member.

I couldn’t be happier, because I adore Rep. Frank and wish him and his soon-to-be spouse every happiness in the world.
