There are so many terrific articles ripping into the lies that Paul Ryan told at the GOP convention last night that I feel compelled to link you to them rather than try to work though my sleep-deprived state and make my own list.

Of course, Willard Romney's running mate isn't the only liar on the ticket. Mitt has a track record that we've documented over and over again.

Here you go, and feel free to share:

Paul Ryan’s speech in 3 words:

[B]y trying to deceive voters about basic facts and trying to distract voters from his own record, Ryan’s speech caused a much larger problem for himself and his running mate.

Editorial: Paul Ryan rewrites Janesville's history:

A man who would use his hometown as a prop and then try to deceive the country about the causes of its circumstance has a certain appeal to Republican delegates who cut their political teeth making the case for trickle-down economics and weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.

But Wisconsinites, at least those who can remember 2008, will not believe him.

Nor should discerning voters in the rest of the republic.

The one that made me spew and swear this AM, was about that "bipartisan" committee that gave recommendations about how to reduce the deficient.

Hell...HE was on the damned thing (didn't remember that)...and, HE ALSO rejected the findings.

I was SO mad about the snarky and condescending way he talked about the President.

    ...dirty lying SOB.

Perhaps  it's too much to expect that Ryan, whose not a solid thinking man to start with, except with his tea party Conservative drone followers, would tell the truth at such an important time.  Fortunately for this fabricator of mis-truths and bold-faced lies, when facts are presented, they just roll off him like water off a duck. But they do register with the public when pointed out. He plays by his own, rich and selfish rules... those same one's the Romney lives by.  Me first.  F the rest of you.  It's our job to make sure we each take one person to the polls with us in November -- that's all, just one.   And if we do, we'll defeat the evil forces of the Republican Party.  DG
