Tucker Carlson Claims Underage Student Rape Depends On Child's Sex

Share

Sexy Teacher

Okay, I'm a guy. And as a teen, I spent many an hour thinking about sex. A lot of virgins do. And I've heard from many guys my age at that time how much they wished they could experience the pleasures of a woman's company -- nice way of saying going all the way. Actually that's a nice way of saying f**king a hot chick.  We wanted our "cherry" popped, so to speak.

Now one of the "holy grails" of the experience was to"do it" with a woman with curves. To enjoy the anticipated warmth of an ample pair of well-endowed breasts was something that was only enhanced by pictures we got from stolen copies of Playboy or Penthouse. We knew our time would ultimately come, but until then, we just had our imaginations and our right hand to keep us company. And truthfully, that was much safer than the alternative, actually having an encounter.

Every school had one, or if you were lucky, a few young, attractive teachers that were, for lack of a better word, hot. The wet dream fantasy fodder. But in  most cases, the teacher wasn't going to be interested in some pimply faced 15 or 16 year old with raging hormones and not much more to back it up. On that rare occasion you'd hear rumors that some kid "got some" from an older woman, but the truth is it was usually rumors spread to make the kid's popularity rise, if not another part of their anatomy. It was nothing more than fantasy fulfillment -- unless, in those rarest of rare circumstances, "it" happened. Then, as the law likes to call it, it was rape.

Now truthfully, if it was a male teacher and a female student, it was called rape. If it was a female teacher and a male student, it was generally called contributing to the delinquency of a minor. But rape is rape unless you're one of those shallow thinkers like Fox's own, Tucker Carlson, the sexually perverse boy who never grew up. He just got older, but never matured.

tucker carlson

Reported on Raw Story:

Carlson, who has previously  stated that sexual situations between male students with teachers would be, in the student’s mind, “the greatest thing that ever happened,”  said the notion of statutory rape  with a male student defied “common sense.”

Just recently he went on Fox News, his home, and told a panel of female coworkers that not only was a 16 year old boy, who was "enticed" into having sex 30 times in a 6 week span with his young, married female teacher NOT RAPE, but that it was wrong of the boy to report it. Carlson obviously lives in the Mad Hatter world of fantasy. Tucker the F**ker says the real victim of this "escapade" was the female teacher, not the boy student because he got the better of the deal. He got his cherry popped with a hottie.

Outrageous? You bet. But don't take my word for it. Here's Tucker Carlson, twisted fool. His totally sexist view is a boy "getting some" isn't a crime because there's no victim here. And if there is victim here, it's the poor female teacher because she got squealed on.

I wonder if Tucker would feel if when he was 16 he had a teacher who was a male hunk. Let's say this hottie teacher decided to bust Carlson's effeminate ass, taking Carlson's, cherry after school 30 times over a six week period. Should he blame Tucker because maybe it's something he fantasized over? I'm not saying Tucker has those thoughts. I'm just saying, "what if?" Rape is rape. It's about time Carlson took some responsibility for what he says to the public.

Rape: Unspeakable Crime, But Not Speaking Is Also Not Responsible

rape

Raw Story:

An Arizona high school student has been arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting up to 18 girls and threatening to kill victims and witnesses, the Pinal County Sheriff’s office said.Tyler Kost, 18, was being held without bond after being arrested on Thursday, suspected of assaults on high school students between early 2011 and last month, the sheriff’s office said.

One of the alleged victims was 13 years old, it said.

Kost is accused of 18 assaults, so chances are this isn't going to be defended by a "he said, she said" defense or even it was just a "misunderstanding". This is a serial attacking that was going on. But did it have to be?

“Tyler Kost was a predator who threatened, harassed, stalked and then either forcibly sexually abused or sexually assaulted his victims,” Sheriff Paul Babeu said in a statement.

But it makes you wonder how many of these heinous attacks could have been prevented. It's a lot to place any blame on victims for the crimes inflicted upon them. But what about the attacks and brutality committed on those who were assaulted after others became victims themselves?

What is a victim's responsibility?

I've never been raped, so I can only imagine the nightmarish trauma. What follows is sideline speculation. And it's out of genuine concern for others that I have to ask why didn't anyone of these victims report the attacker? It's implied that they feared for their safety. I get it. But if they had spoken up to authorities, any of them, there's a chance that the victims who followed them might never have become victims at all.

Why is it our society fears retribution? Is it poor police procedures? Is it the stigma we assign so greatly to rape and sexual assault victims as opposed to the criminals who commit these crimes? Is it sexism? Embarrassment?

Whatever it is, there's real questions here and a bit of blame on all of us for not making it easier for victims to get through a traumatic experience with the most protection possible, so serial crimes like this don't happen. Eighteen victims. Doesn't it make you wonder what would have been had victims 1-17 spoken up?

We need to do something. Our society is to blame here. Not the 18 total victims. We have to change our thinking and stand up, be strong and support those who've had wrong done to them. It's important to make it easier for the victims to feel comfortable enough to share all the truth with the authorities. Silence just leads to further victimization.

The Facebook Picture That Got High School Coach Fired

Share

Loraine Cook

When I heard this story, I was scratching my head and truthfully, there was an immediate interest to know what kind of picture a person could post on Facebook and find themselves out of work -- fired. Well, you've just seen it. That picture above is all that it took.

Laraine Cook, a former girls' basketball coach at Pocatello High School in Idaho, wasfired from her job in October over a Facebook photo in which her fiance, Tom Harrison, holds her breast. The photo shows Cook and Harrison in bathing suits at a lake. Cook said the photo was snapped during a family vacation in July. As the New York Daily news put it, Harrison, who is a football coach at Pocatello High School, "wasn't flagged for holding," but was "reprimanded" -- short of termination.

Now let's analyze this for a moment. Putting aside the appropriateness of posting such a playful picture, what harm is there for two consenting adults to show some PDA's. (public displays of affection)? Is anyone really going to be irreparably harmed by this photo?

Two teachers, both coaches at the same school as well, are in a seemingly committed, "healthy" relationship. They're engaged. If this picture was skin on skin, they were kissing, would that have been deemed inappropriate? I think not. But this story gets into an area that I can't understand at all. Two people of legal age seem to be involved voluntarily in the same act. So isn't what's right for one, right for the other -- or conversely what's wrong for one is wrong for the other?

Yet here we have two sets of punishments. The male coach gets a reprimand and the female coach gets sh** canned?

Now if you really want a hoot, you've got to hear the opposing side, why she should be fired and why nothing should be done to the guy. And this is from a female attorney. A hint, it's okay to assault someone even from unwanted advances, but it's wrong if the victim posts proof with a picture on Facebook. You gotta see this to believe it.

Oh, Florida, You Did It Again

escaped florida killers

Seems justice in Florida is an elusive thing. Even a conviction for murder -- and we all know how tough that is to come by with Stand Your Ground laws -- seems to be part of an open door policy. Certainly it is if your names are  Joseph Jenkins (guilty of first-degree murder in the 1998 killing and botched robbery) and Charles Walker (guilty of second-degree murder in a 1999 slaying).

These two convicted murders accidentally duped the Florida penal system and were allowed to walk out free from prison, with years left on their sentences. They're currently free.

Now how did they do it? Simple, they just forged some documents which they downloaded on the prison computer system. After printing them up, they just filled in their names on these sample release forms. Next on the to-do list was they needed a judge's signature to make this all Kosher. So whose did they use?  Why none other than Judge Belvin Perry, the infamous Casey Anthony judge who's signature is readily available on Google images.

So these two killers outsmarted the Florida Penal system. But how smart are they?

Before their release could be discovered, they went to the police in the city they were staying and registered as felons with the police department. After all, that is the law. They figured, hey, were' out. Might as well follow the rules since it looks like we're legally free, except for the required ex-con felony registration requirement. This way if they got stopped for a traffic offense and their prints or names were run, they'd come up clean. Gotta hand it to these two. If they ever get caught, they should consider writing guest scripts for police drama's, maybe CSI Miami, The Movie.

So they go on with their lives for a few weeks until one of the deceased victim's family was notified of the release by the Florida Department of Justice, something they do in Florida when a killer is set free. The family member was nervous, thinking this released convict might come to extract some revenge on the family. So they called their attorney who called the states attorney general. He looked into it and found out there was no release ordered.

The prison officials examined the documents and determined them to be forged.

The brilliant Florida Justice Department somehow ended up releasing the story BEFORE the two cons were re-arrested, and now they're on the lamb.

For an update on the story, watch below. But really Florida. Can't you get your legal sh** together?
