Makes perfect sense considering how toxic she was in her own contest.

Every contestant who has correctly answered clues about Minnesota's controversial Congresswoman failed to win their match including the latest in the Teen Tournament on Friday

For the fourth time since launching her 2012 presidential campaign, Minnesota Republican Congresswoman Michele Bachmann's name came up as part of the clue on the syndicated game show Jeopardy!

And on each of these four occasions, the contestant to ring in and provide the correct answer (that is, question) demonstrating their Bachmann knowledge failed to win the match.

On Friday - during the third quarterfinal game of the annual Teen Tournament - the $2,000 clue in a 'Double Jeopardy' category called, "113th Congress," read:

"Rep. Michele Bachmann says she formed this caucus to get Congress back to obeying the Constitution."

Seventeen year old high school senior Olivia Hummer from Covina, California rang in and correctly asked, "What is the Tea Party?"

Who Iowa Republicans Don't Want

I really love this. Via Taegan-

We Ask America asked Iowa Republicans who they didn't want to see as their party's nominee for president in 2012.

Sarah Palin led the pack of least wanted with 25%, followed by Newt Gingrich at 16%, Jon Huntsman at 14% and Michele Bachman and Ron Paul both at 12%.

Of those they wanted to see nominated, Rick Perry led the pack with 29%, followed by Michele Bachmann at 17% and Mitt Romney at 15%.

Video- Fox's Napolitano calls Michele Bachmann "a well-known expert on the Constitution"

This really astounds me 'cause Napolitano is usually pretty sane when it comes to the law and constitution.

New poll shows Rep. Bachmann's opponent may be within striking distance

FacebookTwitterRedditDiggStumbleUponTumblrLinkedInPinterestEmailShare

Oooooh. More about Tarryl here.

New poll numbers from Survey USA give Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.) a nine-point lead in her race for re-election. But in a potentially troubling sign for the incumbent, the poll has Bachmann under 50 percent.

She leads state Sen. Tarryl Clark (D) 48 percent to 39 percent.

Third party candidate Bob Anderson took 6 percent of the vote, with another independent candidate polling 2 percent. Just 5 percent of respondents said they were undecided. The margin of error is +/- 4.2 percentage points.

Hovering around 50 percent is nothing new for Bachmann. In 2008, she won with 46 percent of the vote, while a third-party challenger took 10 percent. And in 2006, Bachmann won her first race with just 50 percent.

VIDEO: Ed Schultz Tells Robert Gibbs He’s ‘Full Of Sh*t’ And ‘You’re Losing Your Base’

By GottaLaff

Last night I was on Twitter (am I ever not on Twitter?) and noticed The Uptake's tweets on their live coverage of Minnesota progressive talk radio AM950’s Blue State Bash at the Minneapolis Convention Center.

I toddled over to their feed and saw Ed Schultz speaking very freely-- and frankly-- about a lot of things.

That's how it should be. We need to be able to speak our minds. And whether I agree with Ed or not, I appreciate his bluntness and passion. (Speaking of which, you can do that too, here on TPC)

For example:

Schultz also noted that April 7 will be his first anniversary of his TV show, a date that coincides with Sarah Palin’s scheduled appearance on behalf of Michele Bachmann in Minnesota. Schultz — resides in Minnesota — made this pledge to the audience:

If all of you here will make a commitment to me tonight that if I bring my TV show right across the street from where they’re doing their rally, you’ll all show up. [applause] That a deal? Ok, we’ll do it. [...]

We need to get rid of Michele Bachmann. [applause] Any congressional member who thinks that members of Congress should be investigated for their anti-American views doesn’t understand what voting is all about.

He-e-e-ere's Ed:
