So love this. Via.
The Hill is reporting that Gallup has President Obama now leading Mitt Romney by six, 50-44. Gallup must be one of those left-leaning polls the GOP is whining about, just like the Fox poll that showed Obama ahead was. Oh wait:
Guess what, Republicans? Gallup "skews Republican." As Rick Perry would say, "Oops." By the way, that 16-second Maddow clip was from yesterday. This is today:
Obama now leads the Real Clear Politics (RCP) average of polls by 4 percent. Romney led the Gallup daily tracking poll on Aug. 27, 47 to 46 percent over Obama, but that’s the last time any major poll has shown him in the lead.
A string of polls in September has shown Obama pulling away, in some cases by as many as 8 percentage points, and the daily tracking polls have scarcely fluctuated over that time.
So no matter how hard Team Romney tries to "unskewify" the polls to suit their own needs, President Obama is still in the lead. Here's a few more minutes of Rachel with more about the GOP's latest magic trick:

We only do the fundraiser every quarter, but there are ways you can help support us every day, from clicking on ads (Google, Amazon and occasionally the actual paid for BlogAd) to buying stuff from Amazon after clicking our link to them, to monthly subscriptions at our Support TPC page to just a straight forward donation here or the buttons to your right.
We’re both struggling right now with more crap than ya’ll care about, but the reason we get up every morning is to get the news for you. And it’s only going to get crazier here in the next few months. We thank you.
