The frozen-smiling RomneyBot was the guest on NBC Nightly News. He had no answers, he repeated whatever his advisers spoon fed him, and he proved once again that he has no credibility whatsoever.
“Twist, turn, distort, try to make a big deal out of” your tax returns? How would that be possible if there’s nothing in there to worry about? Willard is sounding like someone with a guilty conscience. There must be some mighty cringe worthy tidbits to “make a big deal out of.”
As for that “the American people are not real concerned about tax returns” line, Mitt, well guess again, because you’d be mistaken:
A majority of Americans, including almost a third of Republicans, say GOP presidential contender Mitt Romney should release more tax returns than the two years he has promised to disclose, a USA TODAY/Gallup Poll finds.
Americans want Romney to release his returns by a 17 point margin, 54-37. And 53 percent of independents say he should release them.
So Willard, what exactly are you hiding (scroll)?
