Quote of the Day- Mitt Romney and Israel

“What Romney is doing is mortally destroying any chance of a resolution without war. … Obama does think there is still room for negotiations. It’s a very courageous thing to say in this atmosphere. In the end, this is what I think: Making foreign policy on Iran a serious issue in the US elections — what Romney has done, in itself — is a heavy blow to the ultimate interests of the United States and Israel,” - Efraim Halevy, former chief of the Israeli intelligence service, Mossad.

I can’t recall anyone calling Mitt intelligent. Cagey, yes. Smart? Not so much. He looked foolish last night. And if you listen carefully, when Schieffer asked “What is the biggest threat to America?” Mitt replied, “a nuclear armed Iraq.” He is no more ‘Presidential’ than his lying running mate nor dear Sarah. Funny how  her lies doomed that campaign, so they thought they would double down this time. You have to wonder who is running the GOP. And I loved Schmidt last night, calling Romney “flexible” when asked about his ever-changing positions on everything. Wonder if he uses the same toothpaste for more than a tube. And just once, when he says “On Day One, I will label China a currency manipulator,” I want someone to say, “Why?”
