Remember Wisconsin Senator Glenn Grothman? He's the piece of excrement who angered one of our readers here, and unabashedly insulted Wisconsin voters:
He also thinks that nonmarital parenthood is a contributing factor to child abuse and neglect.
Know what else he thinks? That Voter ID will help Willard M. Romney "in a close race":
In an interview with ThinkProgress on Sunday, the number-two Republican senator argued that voter ID could be a boon for Republicans’ electoral prospects if the controversial law, which was recently blocked in state court, is reinstated in time for the November election.
I guess he didn't see that legal document in which Pennsylvania stipulates that there’s no in-person voter fraud.
He's not the first one to pop out with something like that. I give you Pennsylvania House Majority Leader Mike Turzai (R), who also apparently notice that there is no in-person voter fraud in his state:
As I've said over and over again, there is virtually no voter fraud in America, and the laws target mainly Democratic voters. Attempts by Republican-run states to suppress the vote is getting so bad that it has even become a story arc in the comic strip Doonesbury.
Approximately 300,000 Wisconsinites lack a government-issued photo ID, enough to make a difference on election day.
