Via Yahoo News, Democratic Rep. Ed Perlmutter on Denver’s 850 KOA News Radio:

“I mean, we finished voting late last night, and then to have a psychotic son of a bitch like this do something. And I’m sorry for the cussing. You know, it just is boggling to my mind.”

Don’t be sorry. You’re human, unlike the mass murderer.
