    Bottom line is who cares?  Penalty or tax.  What’s the good that comes from this argument?  Tomato, Tomah-to.  Put your eyes back in your head and look at the good this bill does.  When I lived in Boston, we called the drink, “soda”.  Out here in California they  referred to it as “pop”.  It didn’t change the fact that it was a carbinated beverage — coke or 7-Up or Root Beer. Boy have the talking points for the Repulsives gotten out of hand or what? DG
