This one has my head shaking, too. Silly idea to begin with, but adding in that diet soda is carved out multiplies the insanity. Self-serve fountains at 7-Eleven, and similar outlets classified as grocery stores, aren't affected. But a parent taking a couple kids to a movie loses the option to share a larger cup 3 ways. Once a restaurant or fast food place downsizes their cups, will refills (free or paid) trigger fines? Should wristbands be slapped on sugar consumers to prevent them from going over their limit?
