“Republicans being against sex is not good,” the G.O.P. strategist Alex Castellanos told me mournfully. “Sex is popular.”
So there you have it. A Republican admitting that Republicans are against sex, despite its (obvious) everlasting and overwhelming popularity. File under, “Voting Against Your Own Interests”.
