    Agreed…and the shutting down government “dog whistle” is absurd.

    Too bad that we must have several millions idiots, that don’t understand how America would probably implode if all government was just shut off…Not to mention how dumb they are to not understand how we rely on so much government “stuff” on a daily basis.

    These people treat the issue like it’s a cooking show… Add this, spice it up with that… It’s our soldiers, our protections, our defenses against outside offenders (remember 9-11 where our President let us down and over a thousand died?) will go off the clock… Sorry, there’s no reality in playing with shutting down the government, though it does sound nice on a sound bite… DG
