Here is our previous post about Judge David Prosser allegedly grabbing fellow Justice Ann Walsh Bradley around the neck during an argument. This would be the same Prosser who called Wisconsin’s first female justice “a total bitch.”
And let’s not forget the video of Prosser grabbing a reporter’s microphone.
Now here is the special prosecutor’s final word on the matter, via WisPolitics:
After a complete review of the documents and photos, listening to the audio interview and meeting with Det. Hansen, I have determined that no criminal charges will be filed against either Justice Bradley or Justice Prosser for the incident on June 13, 2011.

Of course, Wisconsin Supreme Court Putz Prosser is crowing about it.
And how Justice Bradley could have been in any hot water about this is beyond me. But at least she’s in the clear.
