So far, this is what GOP campaign ’12 looks like (NSFW):

Yesterday we found out that Michele Bachmann will participate in the June 13th GOP presidential (and I use that word advisedly) debate in New Hampshire. So many of us were gleeful about that. I think I heard a “Wooot!” from as far away as Toronto.

Per CNN, she’ll be joining Herman Cain, Newton Leroy Gingrich, Rep. Ron Paul, Tim Pawlenty, Willard Mitt Romney, and Rick “Man on Dog” Santorum.

CNN’s John King will moderate along with journalists from WMUR and the Union Leader.

Invitations were extended to the seven Republicans who will appear on stage in New Hampshire as well as Indiana Gov. Mitch Daniels, former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, former Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman, former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin and businessman Donald Trump. [...]

Giuliani declined the debate invitation, as did Huntsman.

Palin, whose campaign-style bus tour came to New Hampshire Thursday, told WMUR: “I don’t think I’m going to be there. Thank you for asking though.”

Start warming up now, fact checkers.

Did they invite Someone Else? In the last CNN poll I saw, he was doing better than Rick Santorum.

This could be quite entertaining…..in a kind of political circus freak show kind of way. So looking forward to Keith Olbermann’s Countdown on Current starting June 20, so he can give us his take on these GOP debates.

Curious to me they’d have a debate and invite people who have yet to announce…  It would be interesting to only hear the announced candidates as officially,  they are really the one’s running…  So this is more of a Sunday morning talk show, but on in the evening, for pure entertainment purposes.  Palin, Bachmann, Santorum and perennial, Ron Paul would probably be forced to announce or miss out on being considered a real candidate.  DG
