Just goes to show that there is a never ending supply of stupid people in this country.

(CNN) – A new book, now number six on the New York Times' Best Sellers list, is putting the so-called "birther" issue back on the national stage.

"Where's the Birth Certificate?" by Jerome Corsi, which debuted on the list out Sunday, argues President Obama is not a natural-born U.S. citizen and therefore cannot be president.

"Corsi demonstrates conclusively that no legal authority has ever verified Obama's legal eligibility to be president," the book reads.

Corsi also wrote "The Obama Nation" and "Unfit for Command," a 2004 book about Sen. John Kerry that focused on the "Swift Boat" television ads

Yes - the NY Times Best Seller list has an asterisk by Corsi's book noting large bulk buying is driving up sales.  I bet Newsmax is one of the buyers - purchase a 3 month trial subscription and they send you the book for free - they did that with Going Rogue!

I recommend Game Change; it's written by two political journalists about the 2008 election.  It's pretty anti-Palin.  -The second half of the book details the McCain/Palin campaign, and there's a lot of  'behind-the-scenes' info from various campaign staff members.  It isn't flattering for Palin.

What anti-Palin book were you referring to? There has to be a lot by now!

Only an IDIOT would write such a book... and only and IDIOT would purchase such a book. "Idiocracy" is alive & festering in the United States.

Did Sarah Palin buy these all up so they can give them away for something on Fox, like they did with her book...so it would make the best seller list?

The best seller list should be determined by *individual book sales, specifically excluding large volume sales that are intended to drive a book's run up the charts.
