Remember that edited video of a speech by Shirley Sherrod that Fraud King Andrew Breitbart so willingly posted? Remember how, once the full version was aired, it revealed that Sherrod was doing the exact opposite of what Breitbart accused her of doing? Remember when the White House fired Sherrod from her job because of their rush to judgment over the edited video that Breitbart posted?

So does Shirley Sherrod:

Andrew Breitbart, the owner of several conservative Web sites, was served at the conference on Saturday with a lawsuit filed by Shirley Sherrod, the former Agriculture Department employee who lost her job last year over a video that Mr. Brietbart posted at his site biggovernment.com.

Remember when I produced this Blunt webisode about it?

Am thinking of the Cake song, "It's Coming Down"

At a guess Breitbart will end up settling.
The video he aired is clearly doctored.
He clearly defamed her, and clearly cost her income.

I hope she has good lawyers and strips him down to his drawers.

ACORN has some law suits going, any word on them?
