Schwarzenegger signs marijuana decriminalization bill

Cal-ee-for-nee- ah may have a whole new sales boom in Doritos, Twinkies, brownies, Pop Tarts, and Chili-Cheese Tater Tots:

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has signed legislation that will reduce the crime of possession of an ounce of marijuana from a misdemeanor to an infraction, handing a victory to marijuana advocates one month before November’s state vote to legalize pot for recreational use.

Bet he was stoned when he signed it.

Good for you Arnold. save all the money on jail for people who are going to use it anyway. Cheaper than these nerve pills I have to take. Marijuanna is better than taking the pills. Have you ever heard of anyone dieing of an over dose of Marijuanna? I an old way past seventy years and I see young people who die from an overdose of nerve and pain pills but, not a single one from an over dose of Pot.

Legalize it and collect the taxes. It is less dangerous than alcohol. They are less dangerous than Nicotine. Arnold knows because he has used it and knows that it is not addictive like nicotine. WR.
