Poll-itics: Sarah Palin’s numbers abysmal; “not qualified to be president”

Poor Former Half-Gov Faily McIHaveAScream. First, she apparently ran for president (and lost), and now, if she runs “again” (snark), she’d hit a brick wall:

Two days after Sarah Palin fired up a large crowd at Glenn Beck’s Restoring Honor rally in Washington, a newly released survey suggests a clear majority of Americans don’t think the former vice presidential nominee has the right credentials to be president.

According to the new survey from Vanity Fair and CBS News’ 60 Minutes, only 1 in 4 of all adults thinks Palin is qualified to be commander-in-chief while 60 percent say she is not.

Guess Whitestock didn’t much to boost her image, huh?

Oh, but chin up, Faily. I’m sure independents will break your way:

…3 in 5 independent voters don’t think Palin is qualified while only 21 percent do. Among moderates, the numbers are even worse with 70 percent reporting they lack confidence in Palin.

Keep screechin’, McIHaveAScream. And keep chargin’ those hefty fees, there, also, too. The world is your oyster.

    Sarah Palin is more qualified to be President than Barack Hussein Obama who has never held a job in his life. At least she loves our Country and our military unlike the trio of CSI-Can't Stand Idiots- Obama, Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid.

    While encouraging to me because I never want this opportunistic idiot anywhere near the White House, can I express how much I hat this type of poll question? More often than not, it's merely illustrative at exploring the various biases of those being polled. In other words, it has become a relatively safe way of determining the “qualifications” of non-traditional candidates (read: anyone who's not a white man).
