Kinda goes along with this- Fox refuses to air Leahy’s questions to Kagan, declares them to be “softballs”.

    Nothing new here with the tactics of the right wing media machine. Propaganda, misinformation, character assassinations, and flat out lies. As I was watching these conservative red state senators interrogate Kagan I turned to my wife and said if you believe in reincarnation you can bet these senators were at one time slave owners.
