The woman who beat Sarah Palin for the beauty queen title of Miss Alaska in 1984 is running for the Georgia state legislature, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution.Maryline Blackburn voted for Obama in 2008… and didn’t quit in the middle of her Miss Alaska reign. That’s two reasons to vote for her in 2010.
