All Democrats voted Yes. All Republicans voted No. Final vote: 60-39.

Lieberman voted Yes.

I wonder if Traitor Joe Lieberman voted with the Democrats in order to save his chairmanships. No doubt Reid dangled that above his head. Had he voted no, he would have been persona non grata with the Dems… and in junior positions on the committees he sits on. D.
